Q: What is your return policy?

  • We must receive the return within 14 days of purchase, mmmkay?

  • CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE. We have that part in all caps to make sure you see it.

  • Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

  • Clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. Don't work on the car with the stuff, mmmkay?

Email us & have the answers to
the following questions handy:

1. Is this going to be a return or an exchange?

2. What are you going to be sending back?

3. What is the reason you're sending the items back?

4. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?

5. If this is an exchange, what are the replacement item(s) and size(s)?

Pretty painless, huh? Remember to E-mail us BEFORE sending your product back! You are repsponsible for return postage. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience!

If you live outside the continental United States, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.

Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. S. Austin Originals will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
